Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager to lead leasing and operations for a multifamily community during the lease-up phase and beyond. You will drive occupancy, manage resident relations, and ensure property standards and budgets are met.

Responsibilities include property tours, applications, leases, move-ins, renewals, and coordinating with marketing and regional leadership to achieve stabilization goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience; lease-up experience preferred.
• Experience with market-rate and conventional properties; CAM/NALP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and stabilization goals.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins/renewals.
• Develop local leasing strategies to meet absorption targets and work with marketing.
• Oversee daily property operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor scheduling.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely financial reporting and budgeting.
