Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Property Manager for Affordable Apartment Communities to oversee leasing, maintenance, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance across properties. You will ensure occupancy goals, budget adherence, and high resident services on-site.

In addition to leadership of on-site teams, you will monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and stay current with HUD/LIHTC requirements. A strong customer-service mindset and travel to sites are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive property management experience; affordable housing preferred.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, or Rural Development.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and support budget management.
• Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office; valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, curb appeal, and vendor management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and appearance.
• Coordinate unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance for timely move-ins.
• Lead on-site staff including Assistant Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance (HUD/LIHTC/Section 8).
