Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Property Manager for Affordable Apartment Communities to oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, and compliance across sites. You will be the on-site contact for residents, vendors, and regional leadership, ensuring Bradley Company standards of service and care.

The role requires coordinating budgets, monitoring occupancy and finances, and ensuring adherence to HUD/LIHTC and other program rules.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to resident needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for residents, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and support budget management.
• Experience with compliance processes and property operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, curb appeal, and vendor management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain organized property records and ensure documentation aligns with policies and audits.
• Lead on-site staff and foster teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
• Support resident retention and community engagement initiatives.
