• Develop and execute leasing, marketing, and outreach strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Generate qualified traffic through digital marketing, networking, and local outreach.
• Build relationships with employers, community organizations, referral partners, and local stakeholders.
• Monitor leasing performance, traffic sources, conversion ratios, and market conditions.
• Conduct regular competitive market studies to increase visibility and leasing success.
• Coordinate all aspects of the resident move-in process and orientation.
• Oversee property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when appropriate.
