Job summary

Renewing Management, Inc. seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, sales leadership, and resident relations for a lease-up property in Indiana.

You will manage a team, implement marketing strategies, and optimize occupancy while ensuring excellent service and adherence to policies. You will lead tours, respond to leads, and coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and contractors to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CAM/ARM certification preferred for the role.
• Demonstrate logical thinking to define problems and take action.
• Effectively convey ideas to diverse personalities.
• Maintain a positive attitude and smile under all circumstances.
• Fair Housing certification required before interacting with prospects or residents.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as a Lease-Up Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales for new leases during construction and after; drive tours, deposits, and conversions.
• Operate community in Renewing Management's best interest per policies.
• Use marketing to attract prospective residents.
• Perform market analyses to optimize pricing and revenue.
• Monitor financial and physical performance; report findings.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Meet and exceed occupancy targets and collect receivables.
• Oversee on-site maintenance and vendor relations.
• Ensure resident files are complete and respond to concerns promptly.
