Job summary

You will manage budgets, analyze financials, and implement retention strategies to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Property/Community Management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and team.
• Proficiency with property management software, apps, and general computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations, guiding leasing and service teams to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Coach and motivate the team to execute sales, marketing, and operations plans.
• Oversee budgeting, expense control, and revenue opportunities; prepare annual budget.
