Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to attract and screen tenants, promote properties, tour communities, screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth move-in. You will work with property managers, handle inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and support occupancy goals while upholding fair housing and company policies.

Weekend availability is required one to two weekends a month.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants.
• Market and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure a smooth turnover.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
• Maintain occupancy goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work with property managers to achieve leasing targets.
• Occasionally work weekends as needed.
