Greystar is seeking a Community Manager (Lease-Up) for the Summerwell Marvida property in Cypress, TX. The role oversees daily operations, budgeting, leasing, and team performance to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include marketing strategy, tenant relations, inspections, and coordinating maintenance with the onsite staff. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in property management are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and proficiency in PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to business/real estate preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and the managing team to hit budgeted goals.
• Analyze financial statements and marketing data to set rent rates and occupancy targets.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor relations, and ensure insurance certificates are current.
