Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager (Lease-Up) for Woodloft in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead the property’s daily operations, manage staff, set rent strategies, and monitor budgets to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. As part of Greystar, you will coordinate leasing activities, conduct property inspections, and drive resident satisfaction while complying with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and posting of payments.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications to stay within budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes to drive occupancy and revenue.
