Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and maintain computer records per Carleton policies.
• Post charges for work orders and notices to residents.
• Support pre-close and AME processes.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
• Maintain resident files per compliance policy.
• Assist in showing units and screening applications.
• Schedule vacant units for refurbishing and occupancy.
• File evictions and attend eviction courts when needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain market rents and amenities records.
• Provide courteous phone service and professional communication.
