Carleton Living in Texas is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Tealwood Apartments. You will assist in operational and financial aspects, maximizing net income and overseeing leasing, maintenance, resident services, and collections.

This role requires 3–5 years in the industry with 2 years in CM/ACM, a high school diploma (beyond preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. Join a team dedicated to support, development, and resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; education beyond high school preferred.
• 3–5 years in the industry with 2 years in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role.
• Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and maintain records per Carleton's policies.
• Post charges for work orders and late fees; generate notices.
• Assist in showing units and screening applications.
• Schedule vacant units for refurbishing and occupancy.
• Assist in developing and updating weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain resident files per compliance policy.
• Communicate with customers, applicants, owners, vendors, and others.
