Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and leasing conversions across partner stores and web channels.

The role focuses on growing customer base, educating customers on lease terms, and ensuring excellent service. This full-time position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and offers bonus opportunities along with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and in-person channels.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and the application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in daily operations and reporting to Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and education on the leasing process.
