Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Market and promote properties, conduct tours, and answer inquiries.
• Screen applicants, prepare lease paperwork, and assist move-ins.
• Support weekly/monthly reports and maintain property standards.
• Explain lease policies clearly to residents and uphold fair housing regulations.
• Work with the Property Manager to meet leasing goals and participate in events.
