OUTFRONT Media is seeking a detail-oriented professional to work with the Real Estate Team on site identification, lease revenue analysis, renewals, and compliance processes. You will process lease change forms, audits, monthly reporting, vegetation and pest control records, and prepare materials for presentations to authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows with strong Excel skills.
• Oracle background is helpful; paralegal knowledge preferred; strong communication and integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Support Real Estate Team with lease change forms, audits, and monthly reporting.
• Prepare leases, project cost requests, and gather information while coordinating with lessors.
• Assist with permits, variances, and regulatory compliance related to locations.
