Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Pulaski, VA. You’ll coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals by explaining benefits and ensuring satisfaction. Build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

Qualifications

• US residents age 21+ with a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• DOT requirements to obtain state certifications as applicable.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts and payment appointments.
• Contact customers with past-due lease payments via home visits or phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
