Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Customer Retention Manager to lead renewal efforts and support store operations. The role requires guiding the team, maintaining accurate customer data, and improving renewal outcomes.

You will coordinate payments, signatures, and follow-ups while representing the company with professional conduct. Requirements include a clean driving record, DOT certification, and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver\'s license and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Satisfactory MVR and DOT physical/certification required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Immediately contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements.
• Maintain and verify customer information.
• Assist store team and act as key holder in GM\'s absence.
• Monitor payment history and advise ownership onCustomer retention actions.
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
