Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking a Realty Business Analyst to support day-to-day operations, financial processes, and lease management for the Realty division. The role involves reviewing invoices, maintaining data integrity in the lease tool, and assisting with PO processing and budget development.

Onsite 5 days a week, the candidate should have a finance degree, strong MS Office/Google Suite skills, and experience with accounts payable and purchasing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance area, or equivalent related analysis and bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
• Working knowledge of accounting, accounts payable and purchasing systems.
• Detail oriented with high level of organization, efficient, self-motivated, prioritize, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong Multi-tasking skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing invoices and lease financial obligations for contract compliance.
• Maintaining data integrity in the lease administration tool.
• Processing purchase orders and check requests.
• Resolving vendor inquiries.
• Supporting operating budget development and financial close accruals.
