Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Realty Business Analyst to support day-to-day operations, financial processes and lease administration for the Realty division. Onsite role in New Jersey with collaboration across Legal, Risk Management, and Finance teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or related analysis, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent communication. You will manage lease data, budgets, and vendor inquiries to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related analysis experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of accounting, accounts payable and purchasing systems.
• Detail oriented with high organization and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and lease financial obligations for contract compliance.
• Maintain data integrity in the lease administration tool.
• Process purchase orders and check requests; resolve vendor inquiries.
• Support operating budget development and financial close accruals.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, Legal, Risk, and stakeholders on lease data.
• Manage onboarding activities including supplier setup and cost center creation.
• Assist with monthly accruals and property tax schedules.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
