Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience equivalent to six years.
• Experience in real estate, program coordination, or facilities management.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and space measurements.

Responsibilities

• Track leases through draft to execution; liaise with tenants, landlords and legal counsel.
• Maintain Archibus lease module and digital/physical lease records with accuracy.
• Walk spaces to reconcile documents with occupancy data and update lease terms.
