Responsibilities

• Track leases through draft to execution stages.
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and legal counsel.
• Maintain Archibus lease module and related documents.
• Update files and reconcile space data with occupancy records.
• Support reporting and analysis for the real estate program.
