Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of rental units between tenant occupancies, including painting, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Inspect properties to identify and address any damages or safety hazards, ensuring all work meets company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with property management to schedule make-ready activities and report on progress and any additional repair needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each unit.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
