Job summary

• Assist with general plumbing and basic electrical needs (toilets, switches, disposals, ceiling fans).
• Rekey locks as requested.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies; report reorders to manager.
• Replace bulbs and fixtures; perform repairs to maintain curb appeal.
• Perform on-call maintenance and resolve issues as assigned by management.
• Inspect property and report any unusual conditions or safety concerns.
• Ensure health and safety codes are adhered to across the property.
• Maintain maintenance shop; keep grounds clean and orderly.
• Participate in resident retention activities and training as required.
