Job summary

AOG Living in New Orleans, LA seeks an Experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee property upkeep, apartment make-readies, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs for an apartment community. You may also manage grounds and pool duties as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of multi-family maintenance experience, and HVAC/Freon Recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months). CAMT is preferred. You must supply your own hand tools.
