Compass, a national real estate platform, seeks a Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to lead the offshore lease administration team and oversee ~2,000+ locations across our portfolio. Compass is looking for a strategic, high-performing Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to help manage ~2,000+ locations within our national office portfolio. This role will oversee our offshore lease administration function and team, including lease abstraction, database management, reconciliations, rent roll and audit services, while partnering with the broader Real Estate and Lease Administration teams to ensure data accuracy, lease compliance, and adherence to Compass’s business standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large and complex portfolio and team. You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining consistent lease administration processes, ensuring key lease terms and critical dates are accurately captured and maintaining the team’s KPI’s.
The base pay range for this position is$143,300 - $160,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
This is an office-based role, with our New York City Flatiron office (110 Fifth Ave.) as the preferred location. Our Madison, NJ office (175 Park Ave.) is also an option.
