Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Lease Payments Analyst to join our Land Administration team in the United States. The ideal candidate will understand midstream surface leases and ROW agreements, process lease payments accurately, and maintain precise lease records.

You will collaborate across Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Operations while using mapping tools to visualize parcels. Applicants should have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset, with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in surface lease administration, land management, or accounts payable.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation.
• Experience with midstream land contracts and land administration concepts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements to confirm payment obligations and land use terms.
• Process periodic lease payments accurately per contract terms.
• Collaborate with Land Representatives, Accounting, Operations, Financial Reporting, Audit, Legal, Commercial, Facilities, and Tax.
• Maintain lease records with critical dates, payment schedules, and land descriptions.
• Use mapping tools like Google Earth and ArcGIS for land rights visualization.
• Prepare lease renewals and terminations with relevant authorities.
