Job summary

CBL Properties, headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a Lease Operations Analyst I to join the Operations Services team. The role supports deal analysis, documentation, and CRM workflows, helping with monthly LSR updates and budget projections.

The successful candidate will analyze leasing data, assist with due diligence, and maintain space management and CRM systems. Excellent communication and Excel skills required; Yardi/CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of related commercial real estate billing experience or equivalent combination may be considered.
• Ability to read, write, interpret leases, contracts, and operating manuals.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; detail oriented and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and details of deals in the leasing pipeline.
• Assist with monthly Leasing Status Report (LSR) data updates and approvals.
• Attend Portfolio Review meetings and prepare for discussions.
• Support budgeting and projection processes for leasing.
• Maintain leasing CRM data, templates, and workflows; support property management.
• Provide coverage for other Lease Operations Analysts as needed.
