Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transaction Management Analyst to provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting. This role supports monitoring terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases while assisting with transaction implementation and closeout hand-offs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong MS Office skills, and solid analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to perform percentages, fractions, and related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
• Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
• Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
• Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
• Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
• Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and transaction scorecards.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
