Job summary

CBL Properties is seeking a Lease Operations Analyst I at our Corporate Headquarters in Chattanooga, TN. You will support deal analysis and documentation, prepare reports, and provide analytical input to Leasing and Management teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting and strong communication skills, with experience in leasing/billing. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of Yardi and CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting or related field.
• Five years of related commercial real estate billing experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze leases, contracts, and operating instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with retailers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial impact of billing activity.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and details of deals in the leasing pipeline to Leasing and Management.
• Support monthly updating of the Leasing Status Report (LSR) database; manage license agreement approvals.
• Attend Portfolio Review meetings and prepare for meetings; analyze budget and projections for LSR.
• Enter data into the leasing CRM system; maintain space management and CRM leasing platforms.
• Provide coverage for other Lease Operations Analysts as needed.
