CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst to support a large telecommunications cell site portfolio, ensuring rents are paid accurately and on time.

You will join the Lease Operations team, processing key leasing documents with speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has leasing experience, strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex contracts and meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience with leasing terminology and contracts.
• Ability to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Auditing experience or attention to detail in financial processes.
• Strong collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
