Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Management Analyst to support lease administration and financial reporting. This role sits within the Brokerage function focused on leasing transactions for clients across office and commercial properties.

The candidate will monitor renewals, rent commencements, and value metrics while handling data in Excel and other Office tools. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of experience.
• Ability to follow established procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
• Support tracking lease information, property values, CAPEX, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Assist with local transaction implementation.
• Facilitate closeout process and hand-off to lease administration.
• Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
• Participate in real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
• Administer quality assurance, surveys, KPIs, and transaction scorecards.
