Job summary

CBRE seeks a Transaction Management Analyst to support lease administration and financial reporting. The role is part of the Brokerage function and involves assisting with lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, as well as tracking property values and capital expenditures.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and strong Microsoft Office skills, with up to 3 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
• Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
• Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
• Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
• Participate in real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
• Administer quality assurance programs, customer satisfaction surveys, KPI, and transaction scorecards.
