Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a senior operations supervisor responsible for leading staff, setting goals, and driving a high-performance culture. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, training delivery, and performance evaluations while ensuring policy compliance and high customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years in customer service or related financial services fields, with preferred experience in captive finance or vehicle

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service, call center, collections, sales, financial services, or dealer experience.
• Experience in a captive finance company and/or vehicle leasing is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
• Manage staffing, goals, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff training and collaborate with the training team to develop materials.
• Monitor performance and work with HR on corrective actions and performance plans.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and lease-maturity metrics for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead projects supporting departmental goals and lease maturity strategy.
• Identify system and process improvements and contribute to policy enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and workflows.
• Handle customer and dealer lease maturity issues and administrative duties.
