Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US seeks an experienced Lease Funding Manager to oversee funding of lease packages and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize workflows. You will lead production, quality assurance, and training initiatives while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

The role involves evaluating funding scenarios beyond standard policies and acting as an escalation point for internal customers, dealers, and DRMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the finance industry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Sr. Loan/Lease Processor in the finance industry.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• In-depth knowledge of lease agreements, lease terminology, and leasing processes.
• Strong analytical reasoning abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple files effectively and efficiently.
• Experience: Captive finance company and/or lease experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee funding objectives including volume, turn time, and portfolio performance.
• Manage lease processing production and service levels.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory issues regarding Lease Funding.
• Provide leadership and development to Lease Processing teams.
• Review escalated deals for exceptions and apply policies.
• Monitor reports to meet production/quality goals.
• Develop and support staff training per policies.
