The role focuses on production, quality assurance, training initiatives, and policy compliance while serving as a point of escalation for complex funding scenarios. You will lead Lease Processing teams, manage operational metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee funding objectives, including volume, turn time, portfolio performance and compliance.
• Manage lease processing production, quality and service levels.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to federal and state regulatory requirements for lease funding.
• Provide leadership and motivation to Lease Processing teams.
• Review escalated deals for exceptions and apply company policies.
• Monitor reports to ensure production and quality targets are met.
• Develop and support training activities and documentation per policies.
• Evaluate performance against metrics and implement improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive consumer information.
