Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to close deals.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service and represent Keener Management.
• Follow lead management software and clear leads daily.
• Inspect pre-leased apartments for readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office and show property.
• Showcase property and communicate pricing and amenities to prospects.
• Guide residents through leasing and move-in process; adhere to policy.
• Assist in lease renewals and manage renewal notices.
• Maintain inventory of available apartments and resident information.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property staff.
• Support marketing strategies and monitor local competition.
