You’ll play a key role in supporting our Lease Services team by ensuring accurate data entry, compliance tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role:
A number of positions are available for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Lease Audit Coordinator or a Lease Administrator. These entry-level roles are ideal for someone looking to start a career in real estate operations, property management, or corporate leasing. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Lease Services team by ensuring accurate data entry, compliance tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:·Retrieve, review and process documentation from client storage systems.
·Maintain accurate lease data, including critical dates, financial obligations, and tenant/landlord information.
·Assist with rent payment processing, reconciliations, and audits.
·Support internal teams with lease-related inquiries and reporting.
·Review and abstract lease documents into lease management systems.
·Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and legal teams as needed.
·Help track lease expirations, renewals, and options.
·Create or update electronic files and populate with detailed lease and financial information.
·Perform data input and analysis in Excel to create daily task reports and status reports for team members, including Senior Auditors, Audit Managers, and Director.
Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
·Excellent written and verbal communication.
·Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with lease management software is a plus.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Hours/Compensation:·The starting pay is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (40 hours / week; Monday-Friday).
·Benefits include ten days off per year, and you can purchase health, vision and dental insurance in the group plan as a pre-tax payroll deduction.
·There is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) available as a pre-tax payroll deduction for qualified out-of-pocket health and childcare expenses.
