Title: Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspector

Salary: $74,000 - $104,000 per year

Location: Fresno, CA

Job Summary

As a fire sprinkler system inspector, you will be responsible for completing service requests at various locations within your territory. This role requires a professional, state-licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspector. Responsibilities include inspecting and testing fire sprinkler systems to ensure functionality and compliance with NFPA standards, adjusting or repairing malfunctioning systems, and performing basic sprinkler inspections. We seek a dependable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and perform fire sprinkler system inspections
  • Test fire alarm and sprinkler systems
  • Coordinate with local fire departments to avoid response during testing
  • Repair systems if necessary or notify the Service Department of customer needs
  • Communicate inspection results to customers
  • Maintain excellent communication with Area Coordinator regarding inspections
Position Details
  • Full-time, 40+ hours weekly
  • Respond efficiently to service calls
  • Identify emergencies and support customers promptly
  • Use maps and GPS tools for scheduling
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with tablets (Apple/Android)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use an 8-ft ladder
  • NICET certification or fire sprinkler background a plus
  • Valid driver’s license; travel required (remote work)
