Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspector

Salary: $74,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Job Summary: As a fire sprinkler system inspector, you will be responsible for completing service requests at various locations within your territory. We seek licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspectors to inspect, test, and ensure systems meet NFPA standards, and to repair or adjust malfunctioning systems. The role requires a dependable, self-starting individual with a proactive attitude to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and perform inspections on fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
  2. Coordinate with local fire departments to schedule testing and avoid response interference.
  3. Repair systems or notify the Service Department of customer needs.
  4. Communicate test and inspection results to customers.
  5. Maintain excellent communication with Area Coordinators regarding inspections, rescheduling, etc.
  6. Use maps and Google Maps for scheduling and navigation.
  7. Answer customer calls and document service activities thoroughly.
  8. Meet service call deadlines and support emergency responses as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-high school education preferred.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency with Apple/Android tablets.
  4. Ability to work M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility.
  5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use an 8-ft ladder.
  6. NICET certification or relevant experience is a plus.
  7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (remote work).
