Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial real estate lease administration, expertise in cost recoveries, and proficiency in Yardi. MRI is a plus and collaboration with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of commercial real estate lease administration experience.
• Experience with cost recovery reconciliations and operating expense recoveries.
• Strong hands-on experience with Yardi is required.
• MRI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, and interpret commercial leases for entry into the lease administration database.
• Maintain lease terms and tenant information in Yardi to support billing and CPI increases.
• Monitor lease dates, obligations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile year-end tenant expense recovery statements.
• Collaborate with property accounting on budgeting, forecasting, and new tenant billing setup.
• Explain lease recovery provisions to management and accounting teams.
• Assist with tenant audits and respond to discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain organized lease files and ensure compliance with terms and procedures.
