CTDI, a large-scale engineering, repair, and logistics company, is seeking a Lease Administrator to support North America real estate portfolio and lease compliance. You will abstract leases, perform CAM reconciliations, manage tenant improvement budgets, and coordinate purchases.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in lease administration or financial analysis, strong MS Office and lease software skills, and excellent communication.

The Lease Administrator provides strategic support for CTDI’s real estate portfolio and lease compliance across North America. This role ensures that all real estate costs and financial processes are proactively managed to drive savings and support operations teams. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, financial acumen, and written and oral communication skills.
