Job summary

Apple is seeking a Lease Manager to ensure financial and legal compliance across a portfolio of real estate leases. This role supports the Global Lease Administration team and drives accurate lease management on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in lease management, understands real estate documents, and demonstrates strong financial and analytical problem-solving abilities. Collaboration across teams will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Lease Management with database/records management.
• BA or BS in Business, Real Estate, Finance or equivalent experience / Paralegal Certificate.
• Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents.
• Proven financial, analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Description

The Lease Manager will be responsible for ensuring the financial and legal compliance of their assigned lease portfolio. This position is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Global Lease Administration team, contributing to accurate lease management and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Lease Management with database/records managementBA or BS in Business, Real Estate, Finance or equivalent experience /Paralegal CertificateAbility to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documentsProven financial, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
