Qualifications

• Experience with lease management and database/records management.
• Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents.
• Strong financial, analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease Administration and Data Integrity: ensure 100% data accuracy by entering lease documents into the system of record.
• Set up new leases, gather vendor payment information and insurance certificates.
• Manage lease-related agreements (MOUs, SNDA, assignments, estoppel certificates, consents).
• Research and resolve payment disputes and maintain relationships with partners.
• Collect tenant allowances, security deposits and other payment obligations.
• Address payment issues with landlords and tenants, including rent start-ups and changes.
• Assist with asset management issues and funding requests.
• Audit operating expense payments, reconciliations, billings, and estimates for compliance.
• Collaborate with audit teams to improve processes and mitigate risk.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with landlords, property management, legal, finance.
• Support Real Estate Transactions Managers and leadership as required.
