McLane is seeking a Lease Administrator Analyst to support our nationwide real estate portfolio. You will administer lease records, coordinate execution, and keep data in Costar and related databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date files.

The role emphasizes analyzing lease documents, tracking critical dates, and supporting projects while adhering to policies. A Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate or related field.
Ability to interpret legal contract language.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Administer lease records including amendments, renewals and notices.
Maintain and update lease data in Costar and related databases.
Coordinate lease execution processes, including document preparation and routing for signatures.
Assist with system workflow changes within lease administration activities.
Analyze lease documents to inform leadership decisions.
Track critical dates related to lease clauses and Landlord deadlines.
Support projects assigned by supervisor while ensuring policy compliance.
