McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst to support a nationwide real estate portfolio. You will administer lease records, update data, coordinate execution, and analyze documents to aid leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, detail, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate is required, with strong English communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate or related field.
• Ability to interpret legal contract language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer lease records including amendments, renewals and notices to business units.
• Maintain and update lease data in Costar and related databases to ensure reliable records.
• Coordinate lease execution processes, including document preparation, routing for signatures.
• Assist with system workflow changes as needed within lease administration activities.
• Analyze lease documents to gather information for leadership to make informed decisions.
• Track critical dates as they pertain to lease-related clauses and Landlord deadlines.
• Support projects assigned by supervisor while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
