You will collaborate with Real Estate Accounting, Property Management, Leasing, Asset Management, and Legal to ensure leases are correctly reflected in all records.

The role emphasizes accuracy, clear communication, and timely issue resolution. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in lease

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate lease administration or related experience.
• Ability to read complex leases and summarize terms accurately.
• Strong Excel skills, reconciliations, lookups, pivots, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Read and summarize signed leases, amendments, renewals, expansions, reductions, assignments, subleases, terminations, and waivers.
• Enter important terms and set up rent schedules in the lease/accounting systems.
• Decide document control when multiple documents affect a lease and flag conflicts or unusual terms.
• Turn lease terms into accurate rent schedules, system fields, and reports; perform quality checks before live.
• Keep electronic lease files complete, organized, and supported.
