The role partners with Asset Management, Real Estate, Legal, Operations, Facilities, Development, and Finance to manage renewals, track dates, and ensure lease compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in lease administration, real estate operations, or related fields.
• Experience with lease administration or real estate management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease summaries, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update key tracking documents for leases and real estate components.
• Assist in materials for lease renewals and amendments with analytics and visuals.
• Track critical lease dates and monitor renewal, expiration, and termination rights.
• Coordinate with Legal and Lease Accounting teams to enter and validate lease data.
