Job summary

McLane is seeking a Strategic Execution Analyst to join our team in Temple, TX. You will support planning and execution of cross-functional projects, coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining thorough documentation and risk tracking.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach. You will help align project work with strategic goals and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Collaborative working style and eagerness to learn from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project performance and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate project updates and insights.
• Help ensure alignment between project activities and broader organizational goals.
