Job summary

Deloitte’s Organisation and Workforce Transformation recruits for Training Solutions across industries. You will lead the design and delivery of training content, leverage digital tools, and mentor team members while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive learning-focused transformation.

Based in Belfast with hybrid working, you will explore innovative approaches (GenAI, learning tech) and contribute to practice development and proposals to build capability within the team.

Qualifications

• Design and development of training content across programmes.
• Support training delivery on projects or programmes.
• Develop training plans and manage dependencies.
• Proficient with digital content tools (Adobe, Vyond, Synthesia).
• Understand project management methodologies (Prince2/Agile).
• Innovative mindset on transformation, change management and learning tech disruptors (GenAI).
• Knowledge of current market conditions for training services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Develop suitable solutions, methods and tools for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content and materials.
• Support training delivery on client projects and programmes.
• Develop comprehensive training plans and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside Deloitte and at client organisations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
