Job summary

Deloitte’s Organisation and Workforce Transformation recruits for Training Solutions across industries. You will lead the design and delivery of training content, leverage digital tools, and mentor team members while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive learning-focused transformation.

Based in Belfast with hybrid working, you will explore innovative approaches (GenAI, learning tech) and contribute to practice development and proposals to build capability within the team.

Training and Learning Centre of Excellence

The continued success of our Training and Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) team means that we are looking to grow further by recruiting specialists with experience in delivering Training and Learning services across all industries with the right skill set and attitude towards performance, growth and development. We partner with clients to deliver critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful business transformations. You will have responsibility for:

• Help clients to realise the benefits of implementing new technology by enabling a great employee learning experience and allowing people to adopt new ways of working quickly and successfully; this could involve but is not limited to:
  • Training and Learning content design and development
  • Training needs analysis
  • Learning planning and logistics
  • Training delivery
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations, building trusted relationships and contributing to project success;
• Support practice development by contributing to new initiatives and proposals to build the capability of the team;
• Supporting the development of our solutions and methods;
• Mentoring and managing less experienced members of the team.

To qualify for the role, you must have experience of:

• Experience of design and development of training content;
• Previous experience of supporting training delivery on projects or programmes, either within industry or with a consultancy;
• Development of training plans and managing dependencies;
• Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe, Vyond, Synthesia);
• Understanding and experience of project management methodologies (example Prince 2 or Agile);
• An innovative mindset with a keen interest in new thinking around transformation, change management, and learning technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, Digital Adoption Platforms)
• Knowledge of the current market conditions;
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Development of appropriate solutions, methods and tools;
• Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified;
• SC (Security Check) Clearance
