Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties is seeking a Training Coordinator in Anaheim, CA to support Education & Training and CEOD teams. The role manages the CAL LMS, schedules trainings, and ensures timely launch and completion while coordinating with subject matter experts.

The position emphasizes data collection, reporting, meeting administrative needs, and creating training materials. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to improve learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience with training programs and managing multiple projects preferred, or 1 year of experience in an administrative support position.
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft 365, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Schedule events on training platforms and promote events via mailing lists and community sites, handle registration for internal and external trainings/events, and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Coordinate data collection tools such as sign-in sheets and surveys and updates as needed.
• Reconcile all sign-in sheets and surveys on a monthly basis and maintain the electronic tracking of participants for CEOD and ET events.
• Provide administrative support for CEOD and ET depts, such as assisting with meetings, tracking attendance, reconciling financial transactions, and other tasks as needed.
• Create engaging monthly, quarterly, and annual dept reports to share status on dept deliverables and other information as requested.
• Maintain record keeping for CAL compliance and staff privileging/tracking procedures.
• Assist with the creation and delivery of employee training programs and maintaining relevant training materials and documentation
• Work with subject matter experts to enhance existing training material and improve learning outcomes. Updates existing training guides to ensure instructional integrity of all training materials.
• Works closely with all teams to ensure new updates and changes are communicated & implemented in a timely and effective manner.
